FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Do you sell cars?

A: We do not sell cars. However, we do work with hundreds of dealerships to customize vehicles. If you are looking for a new car - ask for SAT to customize your car (often times the price of accessories can be included when financing your car).

Q: What do you do with the original upholstery of the seats when you install a new interior? Can I keep them?

A: We cut off the cloth/original leather for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, this allows for the proper function of the airbag inside your seats. Airbags are designed to deploy through a single, specially designed seam to perform properly. Second, to expedite the installation of your interior - deinstalling cloth takes time, so if you would like to save your original upholstery, you MUST mention this ahead of time, and there will be a charge of $200 for the additional labor involved in saving the cloth and replacing the layer of foam that we reuse on certain parts of the face of the seat.

Q: Are you expensive? 

A: We are certainly not the most expensive place to get your vehicle customized. We also have the highest standards of quality that customers have come to expect from us over the years. This requires a highly trained and skilled staff. We do offer price matching on certain products from local competitors. If you bring in a written quote from a competitor, we will make every effort to match the price on unused, current model products.

Q: If I bring my own products purchased elsewhere, will you install them?

A: We will install products brought in by customers. We will not, however, guarantee the fit or proper operation of products purchased elsewhere. Customers bringing in their own products do need to make an appointment ahead of time. Install will be billed at an hourly rate. Bench testing time may apply. If products do not fit or are incorrect, customer will be responsible any time spent working on the vehicle.

Q: How many locations do you have?

A: We have our one and only location in Tamarac, on Commercial Boulevard, just east of US-441, aka State Road 7. This location is adjacent to Fort Lauderdale, near the Florida Turnpike, making for easy access from Miami, Delray Beach, Palm Beach, Kendall, Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Aventura, or anywhere in the Dade, Broward or Palm Beach county area.

Q: Do you fix sunroofs?

A: We service Webasto and select factory installed sunroofs. We specialize in F-150 sunroof repairs.
